I have not been sent an activation email and I cannot create rooms or enter some rooms

If you have not received your account activation email, Check the spam folder. If you don't find the activation email there, send a message to JoliStream support ([email protected]). We will investigate your problem as soon as possible. Also, if you don't need to create a room at that moment, you can ask the host of the room to enable the 'Join unapproved people' setting. Search the user list of a person's username and block him. If you are not the owner of the room, you can use the report option so that we can investigate the issue

A user has a bad, nasty or annoying behavior
